About News Vertex

News Vertex is an independent publishing website covering people, businesses, technology, sports and other topics of public interest.

Our aim is to publish useful, readable background information and to make the basis of important factual claims clear to readers.

Our approach

We prioritize original writing and useful context rather than republishing material from other websites.
We review names, dates, roles and other factual details against reliable sources where available.
We avoid presenting uncertain personal details as established facts.
We update articles when material information changes or an error is identified.

Corrections

If an article contains a factual error, we review the claim and update the article when appropriate. Significant corrections are reflected in the article rather than silently leaving known errors in place.

Editorial responsibility

Each published article is reviewed for relevance, clarity, sourcing and usefulness before it is kept live. Pages that do not provide sufficient independent value may be revised, consolidated or removed from publication.
